Facelifted BMW M760Li in Atlantis Blue looks interesting

BMW Abu Dhabi needs almost no introduction. The Middle East-based dealership has built a reputation for itself in the last few years by “building out” some exciting cars. Today, they are back with yet another interesting project – a BMW M760Li in Atlantis Blue.
The special blue paint is part of the BMW Individual catalog and has been seen before on other BMW cars. While the color makes more sense on a sportscar, like the M3 or M4, it’s certainly an eye-catcher when painted on a 7 Series body.
The guys from BMW Abu Dhabi are experts at creating truly Individual machines in a wide variety of shades and colors, so this is really nothing new. In 2017, they gave us the previous generation M760Li in a variety of Individual colors. At the time, we saw the 7 Series in San Marino Blue model alongside Twilight Purple, Rallye Green, Chestnut Bronze, Estoril Blue, Imola Red or Austin Yellow.
Now, it’s the BMW M760Li Atlantis Blue that gets the special treatment. The flashy exterior is paired with Smoke White leather which makes for a nice contrast.
When BMW unveiled the 7 Series Facelift earlier this year, they also enhanced the BMW Individual catalog. Customers can choose from four selected BMW Individual paint options, including the new shades Dravit Grey metallic, Tanzanite Blue II metallic and Aventurin Red metallic – which replace outgoing Ruby Black metallic – Moonstone Metallic and Almandine Brown metallic. Azurite Black metallic joins the new Individual paints as a carry-over.
Inside the 7 Series Individual, BMW included fine-grain Merino full leather trim – which is available in six colors and features not only extended quilting but also contrast stitching and piping – uses materials of the very finest quality.
The crown jewel M760Li is the only V12 model still produced by BMW. The big dog 7 Series is the M760i xDrive, which packs a 6.6 liter twin-turbo V12 that produces a monstrous 600 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. That’s enough to catapult the M760i from 0-60 mph in a flash, doing it in just 3.6 seconds.
The top speed of the new BMW M760Li xDrive is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph), which is increased to 305 km/h (190 mph) if the optional M Driver’s Package is selected. The new BMW M760Li xDrive posts combined fuel consumption of 12.5 – 12.4 liters per 100 kilometers.
As always, we put together a large photo gallery which can be seen below.
